Taking perhaps a new direction here - I've often lamented that eating fast food costs almost as much as eating "good" food - but through careful manipulation of value menus, you can get a filling meal for under $5. I think $3.00 (pre-tax) is about the cheapest I have found and still find myself full at the end, but that's pretty good on a tight lunch budget (which sometimes I am after spending my lunch money on MP3 downloads or other such ridiculous things).
So, I'm going to try to make a point to document my meals on the cheap - partially just so I know what my options are when I've only got a Lincoln in my pocket and need to drive through for a quick bite.
